1. About These Terms
Spring Sunstar Inc. operates this website for promotional product distributors, businesses, schools, associations, and event buyers. We provide product information, custom quotes, and product sourcing. ASI Member No. 89159 is our company membership identifier. These Terms are issued by Spring Sunstar Inc. and are not ASI terms.
2. Requests Are Not Orders
Submitting an inquiry or sourcing request does not create an order, authorize payment, or authorize production. Products, quantities, decoration requirements, delivery dates, and charges must be confirmed in writing. An automated acknowledgment is not confirmation that an order has been accepted.
3. Pricing and Charges
Quantity-based prices shown on this website are estimates only. Final pricing, currency, quote validity, minimum quantities, setup charges, samples, decoration, packaging, freight, duties, and taxes will be stated in the written quote. No ASI discount or payment terms are implied.
4. Order Documents and Applicable Rights
Payment schedules, cancellation charges, claim procedures, and other transaction terms require written agreement. Accepted order documents govern each transaction, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These website Terms do not impose automatic arbitration, a blanket liability cap, or an unconfirmed legal forum.
